Your car air conditioning should be regassed every two years to maintain efficiency and keep your car cool during the hot months. Failure to do so means the system will have to work harder to try and produce cold air. This can also put unnecessary strain on the engine and could result in using more fuel.
Air conditioning recharge involves removing the old refrigerant gas and oil from the system and then replacing with new refrigerant and lubricants. The levels vary from car to car as per your manufacturer’s recommendations. Once this has been done our technicians will then carry out a test to make sure there are no cracks or damage to the system which could potentially cause gas to leak out.
Our fully trained technicians will carry out either a full air conditioning service or a recharge and check for leakage, damage and any other malfunctions.
